A big congratulations to the dedication and hard work of Emily Newborn, Maggie Humphrey, Marshall Humphrey, Rebecca Lifford, and Katelynn Parish of our Parliamentary Procedure Team. They earned a gold rating and took 2nd in districts to move onto regionals in 2 weeks.

Our Demonstration Team of Aryanna Moldenhaur, Alyia Thomas and Marina Middlesworth did a very professional presentation to also earn them a gold rating and 2nd place to move onto regional competition.

Thank you Dalton Humphrey for coaching the Parliamentary Procedure team and Betty Humphrey for providing rooms, snacks and guidance.

A thank you for Willis Whitmyer, Rick Suderland and Mike Weibert for judging a contest.

Students in the Eaton Rapids FFA chapter can choose one of a dozen Leadership competitions to participate in each February. This is our 2nd year and our 2 teams that competed organized time to meet together to train. I'm very impressed with their hard work.

In the spring and summer students can choose from dozens of agriscience skills to study and practice in order to compete at the State level. Some skills our students will be working on include veterinary medicine, forestry, floral arrangement, environmental studies and livestock judging. In addition this spring we have students entering into the State FFA science fair.
